I am so glad that you are here!  My name is Shaun Gill. 

I lead creative and exploratory efforts at the forefront of science and engineering, to bridge people with technology and information that connects them more deeply with their professional and natural environments.   

I am very mechanically inclined and also care deeply about people and our planet, especially our oceans. 

Bringing heart to the headlands makes every one of my projects possible because it is the people that make each journey so special.  It is why I am such an advocate for supporting the well-being of the people and the processes.  It is also why I am always excited to take on new projects…because I get to meet the people who come along with them as we bring new technology to life.

Since childhood, I’ve wanted to know how everything worked and was made.  Tools and technology fuel my creativity and are the means by which I explore my inner and outer worlds - I want to show others how to do the same. 

I came to realize that projects are special conduits that create opportunities to build relationships and connect deeply with others while building technology.  This opportunity is so often overlooked, or all together passed over in outcomes-oriented work cultures.  As it turns out, those very relationships are important for making projects run smoother and more efficiently.
